At gamescom 2025, the producer of the Dragon Quest 1+2 HD-2D Remake dished on some new details for the upcoming classics. Fans got insights into the remake’s expected game length and a closer look at the Princess of Cannock’s role in combat.

Good news for lottery lovers, too — the fan-favorite Tombola mini-game is officially making a comeback. The dual-pack remake is slated to launch on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC on October 30, 2025.
